Railroaders Get Clutch Win, 8-7
The Pennsylvania Railroaders launched their 2069 campaign with a victory over the New York Empire at PNC Park. Pennsylvania left fielder Jeff Braswell was instrumental in the 8-7 win. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Pennsylvania trailing 7-5, Braswell jumped on a curveball from former first round draft pick Pat Delaney and hit a 3-run home run to right-center. With one swing, the Railroaders had a walk-off win.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Braswell.
