Cash Leads Knights to Win
The Ohio Knights defeated the California Bulldogs, 7-3, in Patriot League action at Meta Park at the Dog House. Willie Cash pulled his weight. The 13-year veteran went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. The Bulldogs fall to 7-11.

The Knights got an important contribution from second baseman Hiromitsu Hashimoto, who in the top of the fourth hit a 3-1 slider into center for a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Knights ahead, 2-0.

"If we keep hitting the ball well, the wins will pile up," said Ohio skipper .
