Blue Pirates Edge Past Yellowhammers, 4-3
Ontario picked up a win at Farmers Market Stadium, bumping off the Alabama Yellowhammers, 4-3. Pitcher Kei-thing Xiang was a major reason the Blue Pirates emerged victorious. With the win, Ontario upped its record to 25-22.

Ontario won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With no outs and Jeff Price on the mound for Alabama, right fielder Jesus Capistran hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Blue Pirates fans to their feet.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Capistran said in his postgame press conference.
