Danger Win at Colorado, 7-6

The performance of Hampus Lindlof proved critical in helping New Mexico beat Colorado, 7-6. The Danger center fielder was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. Joe Rowan picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-8. He struck out 5 in 5.1 innings. Colorado's current losing streak is now 4 games.
Victor Vazquez went 1 for 4 with a walk for New Mexico. The three-time All-Star had a key at-bat in the top of the fifth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring single off Rich Kelly. It was his 71st hit of the season.
"I like the vibe in the clubhouse after a win," said Vazquez. "It sure beats the alternative."
