Danger Rally to Eke Out Win
In a low-scoring affair between the New Mexico Danger and the California Bulldogs, pitcher Mario Quintana was the difference between victory and defeat. The New Mexico right-hander earned accolades in the 3-2 Danger win. New Mexico reliever Bill Pena picked up the win, upping his record to 9-3. Justin Black absorbed the loss. The loss makes California 57-64.

The Danger relied on designated hitter Josh Dye for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 13th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"We didn't go down without a fight," said California manager Brett Williams.
