Dominant Performance by Dujardin in Maryland Win
|
Ron Dujardin never let the Knights get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his cutter, to pitch the Bridegrooms to a win, 3-1. With the win, Maryland upped its record to 72-55.
Dujardin, who was born in Mississauga, Canada, threw 127 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing 1 run.
"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Bridegrooms manager , "I like our chances."
