The Texas Outlaws faced a tough opponent in Minnesota pitcher Brian McGruder, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Outlaw Park by a final score of 4-3. McGruder went 7 innings and allowed 3 runs. Texas is now 75-67, while Minnesota is 75-67.

The Outlaws procured the win, in large part because of first baseman Lee Choate. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"What a great win for our team," said a jubilant Andrew Cole, the Texas manager.
