Behind a fine performance from Bob Lyon, the Ohio Knights knocked off the Ontario Blue Pirates, 8-7. Lyon was 3-6 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Knights. Tim Allen snagged the win in relief. In 4 innings, the right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit. He's now 2-0 on the season. Their 61-86 record puts the Knights last in the Patriot League South.

Lyon had a game-changing home run in the top of the 12th. On a 0-1 cutter from Billy Snow, he banged a solo home run to center, giving the Knights a 8-7 lead. It was the 15th home run of the year for Lyon.
