The Texas Outlaws got a good effort from starter Eduardo Perez in defeating the Colorado Bears at Outlaw Park. The final score was 8-2. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for Texas.

Making an impact for Texas was third baseman Terry Updike. Iguana drilled a run-scoring double off Tim Edwards in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, Updike was 1-1 with a double and 2 walks.
