Martino Goes on Rampage Against Swans
The O'Hara Township College All-Stars stopped the Rochester College Swans by a score of 15-8 at All-Stars Ballpark, with the lion's share of the credit going to right fielder Josh Martino. The 20-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits.

"Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Martino said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard."

Martino did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Swans.

"Not much that I can say," offered Rochester College manager . "He just hammered the heck out of us."

Josh Martino singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Joe Puffinbarger in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, hit an RBI triple in the 4th, struck out in the 5th and tripled in the 7th.

Thus far this season in 58 games, Martino is batting .381 with 12 home runs, 55 RBIs and 52 runs scored. He has 88 hits in 231 at-bats.
