Titans Eric Steele Injured: Day-to-Day Wednesday, June 28th , 2056 Georgia's star center fielder Eric Steele injured himself in a game against the Idaho Steelheads, prompting the team to list him as day-to-day. The doctors are reporting the injury as back spasms and they say the best medicine is a short period of rest. "Hopefully I don't get replaced by some hotshot wannabe," said Steele with a smile as he talked to reporters. So far this season Steele has hit .278 with 17 home runs, 47 RBIs and scored 47 times. |
