Railroaders Come up Short of Playoffs Friday, October 13th , 2056 The bid by the Pennsylvania Railroaders for a postseason berth came to a close today. The club has been mathematically eliminated from the 2056 playoffs, and team manager Mike Kritikos said players on the team "are taking it hard." Before this season, the Railroaders last missed the playoffs in 2054. In the 44 years they have been a American Federation Baseball League franchise, they have made the playoffs 1 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Railroaders have only made the playoffs once. Pennsylvania has won the Federation Cup Series 2 times in their history. |
