Empire Win Wildcard Series Sunday, October 26th , 2070 The New York Empire and Georgia Titans held nothing back in an entertaining Wildcard Series that went the distance. In the end, it will be New York advancing to the League Championship Series, after a 9-6 triumph in the final game at The Empire, to wrap up the series 4-3. The Empire players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Titans. Logan Nickerson was named series MVP for New York. For the series, Nickerson hit .407 with a .452 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 7 runs.
