Gonzáles Sensational, 17 Ks Wednesday, September 24th , 2042 Idaho Steelheads starter Héctor Gonzáles brought his best stuff to Albertson's Field today against the Illinois Warhawks, striking out 17 batters in his club's 7-2 victory. In a strong performance, the 26-year-old Gonzáles gave up 5 hits in his 7.1 innings of work and issued no walks. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my changeup was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me." Up to now Gonzáles has recorded a record of 2-0.
