Starrett Day-to-Day with Injury Tuesday, September 30th , 2042 Bob Starrett, Blue Pirates standout shortstop, will be sidelined for a while due to a knee sprain. He was injured while colliding with a player at a base in yesterday's game against the Athletics. Starrett called it "a day-to-day thing" and said he hoped to be back in action soon. During the current season Starrett is batting at a .284 clip with 13 home runs and 68 RBIs. He has played in 148 games and scored 85 times. |
