PL Batter of the Month Honors to López Tuesday, September 1st , 2043 When Orlando López stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Patriot League Batter of the Month award. The young Ohio first baseman posted a .355 batting average with 13 home runs, 34 RBIs and scored 24 runs. López also worked pitchers for 17 walks to post a .444 on-base percentage. Presently López is batting .272 and has collected 38 home runs, 97 RBIs, .355 OBP and scored 74 runs. |
