Frontier League Names Rookie of Month Tuesday, September 1st , 2043 Johnathan Coker earned August's Rookie of the Month honors in the Frontier League for last month's performance. The boyish Texas first baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Coker hit .266 with 5 home runs, 18 RBIs and 11 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. This season Coker has hit at a .246 clip with 62 RBIs, 22 home runs and 46 runs scored. He has played in 116 games. |
