Ohio's González Sidelined for Season Sunday, June 19th , 2044 The season is apparently over for Alfredo González. The Ohio Knights medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 6-7 months with bone chips in his elbow. González was hurt in the game against Georgia while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. González has taken the hill for 10 relief appearances this season, nailing down 1 save while notching a 1-0 record with a 1.61 ERA. The Ohio reliever has limited opposing batters to a .183 batting average. |
