PL's Top Pitcher in September Is Grant Saturday, October 1st , 2044 Bob Grant's been around the league long enough to appreciate the honor he received today. After going 5-0 in September, the 32-year-old New York hurler has been named Patriot League Pitcher of the Month. He fanned 36 in 34.1 innings, logged an ERA of 1.57 and allowed opponents to hit .216 against him. This year Grant has recorded a 16-8 mark. In 33 starts he has fanned 197 batters in 221.2 innings with a 2.07 ERA. |
