Resonance Come up Short of Playoffs Saturday, October 1st , 2044 The Washington Resonance quite simply didn't have what it took this year. The club was formally eliminated from playoff qualification in 2044. "It feels bad," said Resonance reliever Samuel Oldford, when asked for his response by reporters. "Having your biggest hopes of the year dashed feels bad." The Resonance have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 27 years as a American Federation Baseball League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 10th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2033. |
