20-Game Streak Ends, Orozco Hitless Monday, April 3rd , 2045 All good things must come to an end -- and so it was today for Choppy Orozco as he saw his 20-game hitting streak end. He went hitless in 3 at-bats at the hands of the Georgia Titans. It wasn't all bad for the 23-year-old left fielder and the North Carolina Aviators however, as they defeated Georgia 3-2 at Lowe's Field at Bojangles' Stadium. When asked about his hitting streak, a smiling Orozco laughed and said, "I guess my luck ran out today." |
