Mallards End Li's Streak Tuesday, September 18th , 2046 An-yan Li went 0-for-4 at Duck Dome today to break his consecutive-game hitting streak at 20 games. The 25-year-old Indiana right fielder failed to get a hit today in the Vipers 3-2 victory over the California Mallards at Duck Dome. Li did not make himself available to reporters after the game. "I think An-yan is a little upset," Indiana manager Eddie Komrska said. "He'll get over it." This year Li is hitting .297 with 168 hits, 10 home runs, 60 RBIs and has scored 84 runs. |
