PL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Tuesday, October 1st , 2047 Youngster Marc Maldonado emerged as the latest Patriot League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Ontario deserved the honor, batting .355 with 2 home runs and 17 RBI. Is the month of September a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Maldonado enjoy the limelight. In his season totals, Maldonado has 13 home runs, .321 BA, .368 OBP, 80 RBIs and 92 runs scored. He has played in 152 games. |
