25 Games in a Row for Kaufman Sunday, August 16th , 2048 Chalk up another one for Colorado Bears left fielder Billy Kaufman. He now has hit in 25 straight games. Kaufman went 1-for-4 today's game at PNC Park but saw his club defeated 11-5 by the host Pennsylvania Railroaders. "Playing on the road always makes it harder to get hits and to get wins," Bears manager said after the game. "We got one of the two, but unfortunately it was the wrong one." Billy Kaufman grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th. Kaufman currently has a .325 batting average with 160 hits, 7 homers, 59 RBIs, 69 runs scored and a .380 OBP. |
