FL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Tuesday, September 1st , 2048 Youngster Ademar Bouvery emerged as the latest Frontier League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Kentucky deserved the honor, batting .317 with 10 home runs and 16 RBI. Is the month of August a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Bouvery enjoy the limelight. In 101 games Bouvery is hitting .299 this season with 111 hits, 35 home runs, 86 RBIs, 41 walks, .370 OBP and has scored 78 runs. |
