Situ Has 25-Game Hitting Streak Friday, July 30th , 2049 Qi-chao Situ extended his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games today in the New York 8-3 triumph over the New Jersey Athletics. The 21-year-old Twin Towers center fielder collected 1 hit in 3 at-bats. "Of course it's going to end," he said. "I'm just enjoying it until then." Qi-chao Situ singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th and was hit by a pitch in the 6th.
