Frontier League Names Rookie of Month Tuesday, August 1st , 2051 Youngster Ben Combs emerged as the latest Frontier League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Texas deserved the honor, batting .286 with 2 home runs and 15 runs batted in. Is the month of July a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Combs enjoy the limelight. Currently Combs is batting .286 with 17 home runs, 66 RBIs and 59 runs scored. |
