Stone Misses Time with Day-to-Day Injury Wednesday, September 4th , 2052 Bears star closer Robbie Stone suffered a sore shoulder during yesterday's game against the Steelheads at Albertson's Field. He sustained the injury while throwing a pitch. Colorado lists Stone as day-to-day, noting he could miss about 3-4 weeks. In 40 relief appearances this season Stone has chalked up 19 saves with 41 strikeouts in 43 innings, 4-3 won-lost mark and a 4.40 earned run average. |
