East Names Top Player Monday, August 24th , 2054 So far in his young career, Jorge Fuenzalida has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the East in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Brooklyn Dodgers third baseman hit at a torrid .571 clip as he collected 12 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Fuenzalida is currently batting .324 with 11 home runs and 46 RBIs. |
