Potvin Smacks 5 Hits for Blue Jays Friday, June 16th , 2056 Gary Potvin found his groove in today's game versus the San Antonio Turtles and wrote his name in the league record book. His 5-for-5 performance at the plate unfortunately wasn't enough for the Toronto Blue Jays, as the club lost the game, 7-6. The 31-year-old second baseman told the press "it was one of those days where everything clicked." "I made solid contact, and the ball dropped in," Potvin said. Gary Potvin singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off António García in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
