Ken Crosby Injured, Out for Season Friday, June 30th , 2056 The season is ending on a bad note for Ken Crosby, reliever for the San Antonio Turtles. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Crosby was hurt against the Oklahoma City Whirlwind while throwing a pitch. He suffered ulnar nerve entrapment and will be out for at least 4 months. So far this season, Crosby has a 4-4 won-lost record with 3 saves. He has made 34 relief appearances, logged 76.1 innings and fanned 54 batters while fashioning a 5.19 ERA and allowing the opposition a .249 batting average. |
