Red-Hot Bat: Bleazard Collects Cycle Friday, September 1st , 2056 Colorado Springs Avalanche catcher Quentin Bleazard hit for the cycle today, but his club still went home with their heads hung low. The Avalanche were upended 8-4 by the Idaho Falls Rapids, despite the big 4-for-4 day from Bleazard "It was a good game for me," Bleazard said later. "I wish it could have been a good game for all of us." The Avalanche catcher sparked the offense with a truly special performance, hitting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to add his name to the record books. Bleazard also finished with 2 runs scored and 1 RBI. Quentin Bleazard hit a solo-shot off Hildo Stam in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, tripled in the 8th and walked in the 9th.
