Finucene and Lopes Suspended for Free-for-All Tuesday, August 12th , 2059 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Idaho Falls-Louisville contest at Rapids Field. The Rapids Arnauld Finucene and the Sluggers Mike Lopes will have to sit out 4 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. Currently Finucene is batting .308 with 37 hits and 2 home runs. He has knocked in 16 runs and scored 13 times. This year Lopes has compiled a 1-4 mark with a 7.78 ERA. |
