ELE Choice for Batter of the Month is Grant Monday, September 1st , 2059 At only 25 years of age, Tim Grant could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Atlanta Peaches, as August was one to remember for the right fielder and he has captured the East Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .313 with 11 home runs, 37 RBIs and 25 runs scored. This year Grant is hitting .287, produced 55 RBIs and 16 home runs, scored 35 times and gotten on base at a .356 rate. |
