Crawfords Yoshikawa Hanging up His Spikes Wednesday, September 25th , 2047 The Pittsburgh Crawfords will have to find a new reliever next year as veteran Sojuro Yoshikawa is set to retire at the end of the 2047 campaign. Yoshikawa, age 39, is ready for retirement. "Time takes its toll on this old body. I can't do it as well as I want anymore. It's time to hang up the spikes and make way for a younger guy." In his career Yoshikawa has appeared in 748 games and captured 84 saves. He has 67 wins and 65 losses and a 3.89 ERA with 766 strikeouts in 1053.2 innings. |
