Blue Jays Ace Souza Cops Most Valuable Pitcher Friday, October 22nd , 2049 Aurelio Souza of the Toronto Blue Jays had a fine 14-5 season in 2049 and today claimed the East Most Valuable Pitcher. He started 31 times, threw 162.2 innings while collecting 165 strikeouts and fashioned a 3.21 ERA. Souza allowed only 152 hits, 49 walks and a .245 opponents' batting average.
