Constant Sensational, 5-for-5 Thursday, August 17th , 2051 It was high-fives all around for Jeff Constant at Spartans Stadium today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Rochester Spartans. Constant smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 6-3 win. "Jeff was hitting everything," said Whirlwind manager . "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Spartans manager told BNN beat writers that Constant "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," he said. "Hopefully, Constant oversleeps next time." Jeff Constant singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th.
