Foster Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Thursday, August 28th , 2053 Nobody has been able to shut down Vancouver Trappers second baseman Ken Foster in recent days. The Springfield Lincolns fared no better than the rest. Today at Trappers Field, Foster picked up 2 hits in 3 at-bats en route to a 9-6 Trappers victory. It stretched his hitting string to 20 consecutive games. Ken Foster walked in the 1st, walked in a run in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, walked in a run in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. So far this year, Foster is batting .359 with 9 home runs and 59 RBIs. |
