Red-Hot Meunier Scorches Crabpots Friday, August 29th , 2053 It was a parade of hits for Benoît Meunier of the Philadelphia Stars at Crabpots Field today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Meunier finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Stars to a 6-5 victory. "Meunier was really good and we were really bad," groaned Crabpots manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Benoît Meunier hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
