Best ULE Reliever Named Monday, October 20th , 2053 Israel Sousa said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 25 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Menlo Park Marauders rising star has won the East Reliever of the Year Award for 2053. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.76 ERA over 49 innings. He also had 38 saves in 52 relief appearances, 53 strikeouts and only 18 walks. He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 20. Kevin Davis of the Philadelphia Stars finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Steffen Brown of the Cincinnati Pride finished third.
