Hitting Streak Still Alive for Finucene Sunday, June 25th , 2056 The hitting streak for Nampa second baseman Arnauld Finucene now stands at 20 games, but the Stampeders dropped today's contest 7-6 to the Albuquerque Scorpion Kings. Finucene went 2-for-4 in the game. "Things went well for me personally today," he said later. "I got 2 hits and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Arnauld Finucene was hit by a pitch in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th and struck out in the 9th. Finucene is batting .293 with 13 home runs and 43 RBIs this season. |
