Curry Nabs ULE Weekly Award Monday, July 28th , 2059 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the East, but last week Brian Curry of the Montgomery Kings reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Curry rocked opposing pitching for a .536 average (15-for-28), 2 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. For the year Curry has hit at a .352 clip with 51 RBIs, 10 home runs and 72 runs scored. |
