Pride Giraud and Green Sox Miller Suspended for Fight Wednesday, May 12th , 2060 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Cincinnati-Greensboro contest at Cincinnati Ballpark. The Pride Davy Giraud and the Green Sox Whit Miller will have to sit out 5 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. Giraud on the season is batting .265 with 3 home runs. His totals include 21 RBIs and 16 runs scored. He has played in 35 games. Looking at his season stats to date, Miller has no saves in 2 relief appearances with a 3-0 record and 3.13 ERA. |
