League Punishes Pair for Fighting Tuesday, July 13th , 2060 Chris Reinert of Flagstaff and Víctor Cortéz of Salem were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Reinert will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Cortéz was given 9 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. This season Reinert has hit at a .354 clip with 59 RBIs, 12 home runs and 58 runs scored. He has played in 83 games. |
