Raúl Carrabello Lost for Season
Sunday, July 25th , 2060
The doctors have spoken and Raúl Carrabello of the Ocean City Crabpots didn't like what he heard. The 28-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Carrabello sustained his season-ending injury during the Nampa Stampeders game yesterday at Crabpots Field. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Ocean City medical staff reported Carrabello had a torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 13-14 months.

Carrabello has gone to the hill for no relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 9-3 record with a 4.20 ERA. The Ocean City reliever has limited opposing batters to a .271 batting average.
