ULW Star of the Week Announced Monday, July 6th , 2065 The votes have been tallied and the winner of the West Player of the Week has been named. It was awarded earlier today to Bobby Montes for his great week at the plate. The Flagstaff third baseman took home the trophy by banging out 12 hits in 21 at-bats for a .571 batting average, driving in 3 runs and scoring 6 times. During the current season Montes is batting at a .343 clip with 11 home runs and 41 RBIs. He has played in 80 games and scored 40 times. |
