Menlo Park's Wesley Qualtrough took home the 2065 East Most Valuable Pitcher earlier today after a remarkable season on the mound.

With a record of 12-5, Qualtrough was certainly a worthy winner. He made 27 starts and posted 133.2 innings, 163 strikeouts and a 3.43 ERA.

He received 18 first place votes out of a possible 20. Gerardo Hernandez of the Savannah Storm finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Chris Everett of the Vancouver Canadians finished third.
