Newell Takes Home ULW Top Batter Award Saturday, June 1st , 2047 Even though he is a newcomer to Union League, Chris Newell put up some good numbers in May and earned the ULW Batter of the Month award. He was one of New Boston's offensive leaders with a .393 average in 28 games. He also racked up 9 home runs, 31 RBIs, and 19 runs scored. Thus far this year Newell has hit .381 with 16 home runs and 50 RBIs. |
