Sun Grabs ULW Reliever of the Year Award Friday, October 11th , 2047 Gregg Sun said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 26 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Tucson Knights rising star has won the West Reliever of the Year Award for 2047. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.39 ERA over 52.2 innings. He also had 3 saves in 45 relief appearances, 57 strikeouts and only 29 walks. He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Shawn Jenkins of the Tucson Knights finished second in voting, while Chris Trainor of the Salem Cherries finished third.
