Kereje Akrama Wins CLW Trophy Monday, May 29th , 2056 So far in his young career, Kereje Akrama has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the West in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Tucson Baby Snakes right fielder hit at a torrid .346 clip as he collected 9 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Posting a .259 batting average to date, Akrama has 7 home runs and 37 RBIs. |
